My move with the Canadian Moving Group was top notch. The best movers we've ever used. And for context my wife and I have moved 12 times together over the years so we have quite the experience with short moves, long moves, out of country moves, etc. To start I reached out to multiple companies and this organization was the only one that reached out to follow up both via email and then a phone call. Kalaivani was our first live contact and was beyond helpful calculating the potential range of costs associated with the move (versus a low ball email quote that would never be reality). She contacted us regularly as our move got closer and closer...right up to a call the day prior to make sure all was in good shape. The morning of the move the crew was exactly on time (which is rare in our experience). Both the movers were friendly and professional and got right to work. This company wraps everything to protect your furnishings (again, something that has been overlooked or done poorly by previous movers). Everything was efficient and handled really well throughout the process. Finally.....and most importantly was the final interaction....when I paid the driver and thanked him he returned a few minutes later letting me know I had forgotten that I put a $100 deposit down when I booked and had overpaid them handing me $100 back. So it turns out there are, in fact, still good people out there. Top notch service in a crowded and often frustrating category. Cheers to the entire team and organization.

The service was impeccable. The 3 gentleman that moved me were very professional, very careful as to not damage anything. Did not lolygag around whatsoever. They were perfectly on time as described to the minute with texting when they arrived, when they were in transit, when they got to the destination that I had to put my belongings to, as well as when they departed. We had a long distance move so we hired CMG. It was easy to get a quote and estimate for the move via phone call. Kalaivani was super helpful in ensuring all our questions were answered and that we could rest easy during our big move. The 3 movers were very polite, kind, respectful and helpful during the move. They really wanted to make sure our stuff was secured and not damaged when loading on/off the trucks. Everything arrived to our new home (3 hour drive) in great condition. 10/10 recommend hiring CMG if you’re planning a move. They’re life savers!
